SHIPPING: 

Please allow 1-2 business days, for us to process and ship your order. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event that the carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, OneWardrobe Inc. reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  or with your local police department. 

 

We have the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard | 3-4 Business Days $9.19 * no signature required

Shipping options above exclude products that are considered oversized. Oversized products are subject to weight and dimensional rate calculations determined by the shipping carrier/service chosen at checkout*.
