EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Items bought on shoponewardrobe.com will gladly be accepted for a store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All OneWardrobe tags must be attached when returned. Store Credit will be issued once parcel is received. Please note store credits excludes shipping and handling costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Clearance items, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates, Bodysuits. These are a Final Sale. No exceptions.

POSTAGE LABEL
Unfortunately, OneWardrobe does not offer prepaid return labels at this time. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier of your choice that offers tracking services. Please note, we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit will be processed within us receiving your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the credit does process. Your store credit will not have an expiration date.
EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, since our items tend to sell out fairly quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for same item purchases. You can still return your item for store credit.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] and or if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly accept it back and make it right.
