Want to Return your items? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

1. Ensure your items are eligible for Store Credit. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply. Click here for our full Store Policy

2. Print out our return form. You can find it by clicking here. Fill out the form and send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. 

3. Once we receive your return your store credit will be processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once available. Your store credit will not have an expiration date.

    Is my item refundable? No, however we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for Store Credit. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Our full store policy can be read by clicking here. Final sale items include swimwear, intimates, masks, jewelry and accessories. 

    Do I have to pay for return postage?  Yes, unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. 

    How long does it take to process my Store Credit? Your Store Credit will be processed within days of us receiving your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the Store Credit does process.
